I missed the Kroft brothers creations by just a few years. But I do remember a LOTL remake on TV when I was a kid. :)

Suzanne, sounds like you can’t wait for the opening! Ferrell is very funny in a slap-stick sort of way. I like it – though I have to talk my wife into watching Elf over the holidays…
Forgot how “lifelike” the costumes, claymation, and set (the rivers in particular) were in the 70s. Ha!

LOL I was in the category of not born yet, though I always hear good things about land of the lost and of the sleestaks.
I will do some research, I tried watching part of the LOtL marathon on sci-fi channel, however my mind was being too old to let me enjoy it.
